Diva Crown Co. Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final Once Opened

Due to federal health and safety regulations, as well as industry hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any hair products that have been opened, worn, installed, or tampered with. This policy protects all of our customers by ensuring every extension sold is 100% new, safe, and sanitary.

Eligible Returns

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product remains in its original packaging, with all ties, seals, and labels intact.

  • The hair has not been worn, brushed, washed, installed, cut, dyed, or altered in any way.

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Ineligible Returns (Strictly No Exceptions)

  • Opened packaging

  • Used or installed hair (including, but not limited to, clip-ins, tape-ins, sew-ins, or fusion bonds that have been applied, removed, or adjusted)

  • Hair that has been combed, styled, dyed, or exposed to product (shampoo, conditioner, oils, etc.)

  • Clearance or final sale items

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@divacrownco.com with your order number and photos. We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit.

Return Process for Eligible Items

  1. Email our support team at support@divacrownco.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the product back in its original, unopened packaging within 7 days of approval.

  4. Once inspected and confirmed as eligible, a store credit or exchange will be issued.

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Unauthorized returns without an RAN will not be accepted.

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only—no cash refunds will be provided.
