Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • The following timeframes apply to in-stock items only:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

    • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days, available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Special Orders: Please allow an approximate 21-day turn time for sourcing, preparation, and delivery. Processing and shipping updates will be provided by email.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $150 (U.S. only).

International Shipping

  • Available to select countries. Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

  • International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update tracking details.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Diva Crown Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly if your package is marked delivered but cannot be located.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at purchase are not eligible for refunds.
